Commercial showroom, Sunil Agency Swaraj, Siddharthnagar
Scope: two-storey commercial showroom | Area: about 4,000 sq ft | Work: construction and elevation
For Sunil Agency Swaraj in Siddharthnagar, we built a two-storey commercial building of about 4,000 sq ft with showrooms on the ground floor, and handled its front elevation as part of the same job.
At street level, a row of rolling shutters gives the showrooms a wide frontage, with a projecting slab running above them. The first floor has a band of large windows, and the corner of the building is finished with rounded projections. Two tall columns rise from the ground floor to a triangular pediment at the parapet, giving the white facade a clear centrepiece.

Hospital building elevation, Basti
Scope: multi-speciality hospital | Work: elevation (facade) design
For this multi-speciality hospital building in Basti, our role was the elevation: we designed the facade, and construction was not part of our scope.
The design layers a few strong elements on a clean grey-and-white front. At the first floor, a white criss-cross lattice runs across the full width in front of dark glazing, giving it a distinctive pattern from the road. Above it sits a band of dark glass. At the top floor, a deep projecting frame with downlights in its soffit shelters a terrace with a glass railing and a decorative geometric jali panel. The side elevation carries the same grey panelled finish with tall, slim windows.
